Doctor Nurse

Nurses are busy, stressed, overworked, underpaid, and unappreciated. The angels of mercy need help. We are the largest and most trusted group of healthcare providers in the United States, although that may change in a few short years. Many RN’s are baby boomers and are expected to retire in the next few years. Why haven’t we experienced more power in the workplace? Well, we understand that in the past nursing was dominated by males and doctors. As a matter of fact, that is still a major issue today. Did you know doctors are fighting RN’s who get the Doctoral degree from being addressed as “Doctor”? Apparently, doctors do not realize  nurses complete doctoral education and are then called “Doctor.”
